FOLSOM NORCAL RACE 2010 WENT EXTREMELY WELL!!!
We had a great day, Sunday, to say the least. Norcal put on another great event, this time in Folsom Lake. All of our kids did great and had a smile on their face.

Sophomore rider Martin Galvan helped out the team by providing tasty homemade breakfast burritos!!!
The team was also treated to some nice flautas, tacos, and chile, courtesy of Adrian, neighbor and fan of JV rider Jeremy Davis. We also had Coach JRAY manning the grill, providing some tasty treats!!!!

For gear, both Frosh rider Brian Simpson and JV rider Fang Vang were able to ride with their new hydration packs, courtesy of Sacramento REI.

Coach Mike Meza also finished rebuilding a JUDY fork for Fang just before the start of his race, helping Fang to finish his first Norcal race!!!

ers Another good thing, JV riders Yamile Guzman and Jeremy Davis both finished their 13th Norcal race, which has to be a new record for our LBHS club. Both riders have been racing in the Norcal league since they were Freshmen, and have finished every possible race they could get into!!
Coach/Advisor Tom Ryan was also there to support the team:
All in all, this was a great day! A special thanks to family of Brian Simpson, who came to Folsom Lake and were a great cheering section!!!
Also special thanks to continuing sponsor BICYCLE CHEF!

Hi, thanks so much for these tips! My blogs usually do bring readers and responses. One thing I do is engage with the readers. Answer questions in responses and make clarifications where needed. I think they appreciate that I take the time to talk to them.
